I am a self-taught artist working with analogue photography and alternative image-making techniques. I’m interested in how memory distorts, softens, and romanticises the past. I work with fragile, plant-based photographic methods, using materials that are accessible and local; these plants root my images to the landscapes and rituals of the here and now. Outside of photography, I write and direct short films. My work has been screened in Qatar, France, the Netherlands, Italy and Bosnia.
